The site serves static pages. It has no user accounts, newsletter signup, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site rather than requested from third-party font or image services.

The site does not set application cookies. This does not rule out processing by our hosting provider, Vercel, which is described separately below.

If you change the light or dark theme, the site stores that preference in localStorage in your browser. It is used to retain your chosen appearance and is not sent to an analytics service.

You can remove it by clearing this site's browser storage. The site remains readable when storage is unavailable. Language is chosen through the visible language links, not by tracking your location.

The consultancy page offers a guided interview covering project needs, current systems, budget, timing and business contact details. Name, email and company are required to prepare an email enquiry; you can review, copy or download a private brief without them. Other contact and scoping details are optional. Your answers stay in browser memory while you use it; they are not sent to a server or processed by an AI service.

You can review and edit the resulting brief. You can copy it or download a text file to your device. Sending it by email is your choice and takes place through your email application. Share only your business contact details; do not include credentials, personal records about others or confidential material.

The contact links open an email application. Opening a link does not send an enquiry through this site. If you choose to send an email, its content, your address and any attachments will be processed by the email services involved.

Our contact addresses are hello@forthreason.com and research@forthreason.com, hosted in Google Workspace. Share only the information needed to explain your enquiry; access to sensitive material should be agreed separately.

Vercel hosts this static website and processes technical request data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect it through its global network.

Hosting can involve processing outside Poland. We have not enabled Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights or an external log drain. Provider retention varies by service and purpose; we do not claim that no server logs exist. Vercel describes its processing at vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice. Final company registration and correspondence-retention details are still being established.
